Content & intellectual property

All lessons, images, audio recordings, game designs and branding in the Apps and on the Website are owned by Miracle Apps or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law.

Purchases

Disclaimer

The Apps are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific learning outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Miracle Apps is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Apps or Website.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Apps if these terms are violated. You may stop using the Apps at any time by uninstalling them.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Apps after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
